There are number of people who are suffering from unemployment inArkansas. This year it is 7.7 percent. Those people who are suffering this problem they have a very bad time to deal with. But the government of U S A takes much initiative to save these unemployed people. More specifically Arkansas Department of Workforce Service tried to help those people by giving them compensation and funding them. But to get those help from them one person should know the system to apply and which are the criteria that the person will be judged for deciding either the person will be eligible for the compensation or not.

The Arkansas Department of Workforce Services is accountable for shaping eligibility and paying unemployment benefits to appropriate workers.  The funds that are used to pay the benefits are contributed by employers as required by law and are not paid by the employee.  Workers that need to file a claim can do so by applying at any Department of Workforce Services office or submit a claim form by mail.
